How to use
1.Mix rice vinegar into cooked rice with the ratio of 50gm vinegar to 150gm rice.
2.Stir the rice using the paddle to mix the rice. Let it rest for 5 minutes and stir again.
3.Repeat step 2 for 3 times.
1.Campurkan cuka sushi ke nasi yang dimasak dengan nisbah cuka 50gm : beras 150gm.
2.Kacau-kacaukan nasi supaya cuka bergaul dengan sebati. Biarkan selama 5 minit dan kacau lagi.
3.Ulangi langkah 2 selama 3 kali.
Tips
In order to get the best flavour,
1. Mix in the sushi vinegar when the rice is hot.
2. Make sure the sushi vinegar is fully absorbed by the rice.
