AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu is a concentrated soup base flavoured with premium Japanese kombu (kelp seaweed) that gives a rich taste profile in your dishes! With umami-packed dashi in the mixture, Ajido Kombu Tsuyu is surely the first choice for you when you are craving for a bowl of hot udon soup!
You can use AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu to make hot or cold soup for Japanese menu such as:
a.Udon Soup/Ramen Soup.
b.Soup for Sukiyaki (Hot pot).
c.Cold dipping sauce for soba.
d.Dipping sauce for tempura.
Taste
Rich in kombu taste and a balance taste between umami and sweetness.
How to use
1.For hot soup, dilute the sos with hot water with the ratio sauce : water = 1 : 3. Bring the mixture to a boil.
2.For cold soup, dilute the sos with water with the ratio sauce : water = 1 : 2.
3.If you like the taste to be lighter, add more water to the sauce.
Tips
For even better flavour, add shiitake mushrooms to the soup!
