Bonito Beancurd


1 Piece            Homemade Beancurd 

1 Piece            Young Onion 

1 Tbsp             AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu 

3 Tbsp             Water 

Appropriate     Bonita Flakes 

How to do it

1. Fry beancurd in hot temperature until it turns golden yellow colour. 

2. To prepare the sauce with 3 tbsp water, and 1 tbsp AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu. Later, pour on the top of beancurd. 

3. Top with spring onion and bonito flakes. 

4. Ready to serve.
