Braised Chicken with Potatoes in Japanese Style
Ingredients
1 Slice Chicken Chop
1 Piece Potato
3 Pieces Shiitake Mushroom
1 Piece Young Onion
Appropriate Fried Garlic
Marinate
Appropriate Black Pepper
Appropriate Salt
1/2 Tsp Corn Starch
Seasoning
2 Tbsp AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu
How to do it?
1. Ingredients preparation ( sliced potato & spring onion, diced mushroom and chunked chicken).
2. Marinate chicken with appropriate salt, black pepper and 1 tsp corn flour.
3. Fry potato, later with chicken and Shiitake mushroom.
4. Stir fry young onion and garlic cloves, later with other ingredients by adding appropriate Chinese wine.
5. Stew it for 8 minutes with appropriate water and 2 tbsp AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu.
6. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.
7. Ready to serve.
