Chicken Udon Soup


1 Pack                  Udon Noodles 

1 Piece                 Shiitake Mushroom 

1 Piece                 Spring Onion 

Appropriate           Shimeji Mushroom 

Appropriate           Chicken Dice 

Appropriate           Potato Starch 

Appropriate           Plain Water 

3 Tbsp                  AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu 

How to do it?

1. Side ingredients preparation (sliced Shiitake Mushroom and spring onion into small pieces). 

2. Marinate chicken with appropriate salt and 1/2 tsp potato starch. 

3. Cook udon noodles for 2 minutes. 

4. Grill diced chicken. Pour some water, cook with the diced chicken and mushrooms with 3 tbsp of AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu for 2 minutes. 

5. Once done, pour the soup into the udon noodles. 

6. Ready to serve.
