Sautee Vegetables with Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients
450g Mixed Vegetables
-Cauliflower
-Broccoli
-Sweet Pea
-White Shimeji
-Black Fungus
-Onion
-Bell Pepper
-Sesame
Sauce
1/2 Tbsp AjiDo Japanese Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp AjiDo Teriyaki Sauce (Bonito)
1 Tbsp Chinese Wine
Appropriate ChinKiang Vinegar
How to Do
1. Ingredients preparation (all the vegetables cut into pieces).
2. To prepare the sauce with 1/2 AjiDo Japanese Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp AjIDo (Bonito) Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbsp Chinese wine and appropriate ChinKiang Vinegar.
3. Boil all the vegetables with appropriate salt for 1 minutes and put aside.
4. Sautee onion and bell pepper, later with other vegetables.
5. Pour the sauce with appropriate water to cook with vegetables.
6. Apply some potato starch to make it thickened.
7. Ready to serve
