Udon Soup


25gm                       Kombu Tsuyu Sauce 

300ml                      Plain Water 

1 pack                     Udon Noodle 

1 piece                    Green Onion 

1 piece                    Shiitake Mushroom 

3 pieces                   Inari 

Appropriate             Corn 

Appropriate             Wakame 

How to do it?

1. Cook the Udon (2-4 minutes) with a pot of boiling water.  Then, put into a bowl.

2. Side ingredients preparation (fried shiitake mushroom, sliced inari, shredded wakame  and green onion.

3. Dilute  and cook Kumbu Tsuyu Sauce (25g) with plain water (300ml) as the sauce for the soup.

4. Topping the noodles with side ingredients and hot soup.

5. Last step, add some green onion to enhance the flavor.

6. Ready to serve.
