Kombu Chicken Soup


3 Slices               Chinese Cabbage 

2 Slices               Cheddar Cheese 

2 Slices               Bacon 

1 Slice                 Kombu 

1 Piece                Potato 

Appropriate          Spring Onion 

800ml                  Plain Water 


2 Tbsp               AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu 

1/2 Tsp              Salt 

Appropriate        Black Pepper

How to do it?

1. Side ingredients preparation ( sliced cabbage and bacon, potato and kombu into slanted pieces). 

2. Stir fry bacon. Later, add with 800ml water to cook it. 

3. Once the water is starting to boil, pour into all the ingredients.  Later, add with 1 slice of cheese. 

4. Boil for 10 minutes by adding 2 tbsp AjiDo Kombu Tsuyu , 1/2 tsp salt and appropriate black pepper. 

5. Last step, top with 1 slice of cheese and spring onion. 

6. Ready to serve.
