Teriyaki Beancurd
Ingredients
4 pieces Japanese Beancurd
1 piece Ginger
1 piece Garlic
1 piece Young Onion
Appropriate White Sesame
Seasoning
1/2 tbsp AjiDo (Original) Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp AjiDo (Bonito) Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp Chinese Wine
Appropriate Plain Water
How to Do
1. Side ingredients preparation (shredded ginger, minced garlic, young onion into small pieces).
2. To prepare the sauce with 1/2 tbsp AjiDo (Original) Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbsp AjiDo (Bonito) Teriyaki Sauce, 1 tbsp Chinese Wine and appropriate water.
3. Deep fry shredded ginger and beancurd in medium heat temperature until golden brown in colour.
4. Sautee ginger, onion and garlic together.
5. Cook beancurd with special sauce.
6. Apply ginger and young onion at the top of beancurd.
7. Ready to serve.
